Support Tester

So about this job...


As a Support Tester, you’ll accept and complete hands-on trial research tasks to test Mindful’s workflow.


Your goal is to report any obstacles to the Founder. Pay close attention to bottlenecks that delay finishing a task.


During the alpha and/or beta testing, You’ll track the amount of time required to finish the job.


You’ll check your email inbox (spam) for an invitation to an alpha/beta-task. Do a small trial task under two (2) different conditions. Note your performance and expectations. Assess Mindful instructions, support, and resources.
Try out a trial task to report any frustrations in real-time. Identify all inefficiencies and bottlenecks that prevent you from doing quality work.
You google like a Criminal Minds profiler solves a case.
You use any website search field to ask "why" & "how" like an annoying little kid.
Email, Google Docs/Sheets, Zoom/Skype/FaceTime
